Merchant Music Academy's instrumental program is broken into 2 semesters per school year. In each semester students will have 18 lessons/performance opportunities.

Lessons are generally held at school during school hours. Sometimes after school lessons are possible, depending on school and teacher availability. Lessons are 30 minutes long.
